Man Killed Brother over land dispute in Nihalpora Pattan
Baramulla, July 27: Two days after being attacked and seriously injured by his younger brother, over a land dispute, a man from Nihalpora village of North Kashmir’s district Baramulla died in a hospital on Monday.
In a shocking Incident, a man injured his elder brother, on Monday over a land dispute in Nihalpora village.
Souces told that the shocking incident occurred two days ago when, Bashir Ahmad S/o Abdul Rahim Yatoo R/o Nihalpora Pattan was hit and seriously injured, by his younger brother and his nephew, during a scuffle over a Land dispute.
The victim was immediately shifted to hospital in a serious condition, where he succumbed to his injuries on Monday morning.
Accordingly a case of murder has been registered against the duo, who attacked Bashir Ahmed, including two minors and all the accused were arrested by police.
SDPO Pattan Zafar Mehdi told that Police have already registered FIR against the accused persons and all the accused have been arrested.
Meanwhile, after completion of medico-legal formalities the dead body of the victim was handed over to family members for his last rites.(CNS)
