Handwara,Oct 28: To ensure smooth functioning of government offices and punctuality of government employees, Tehsildar Zachaldara Mr Mohd Maroof Qadri (JKAS) today conducted a surprise inspection of various government offices in the Tehsil which includes ZEO Office Rajwar,BDO Office Zachaldara,HDO office Zachaldara,Government Upper Pramiry School Chanjimulla.
During the inspection, the Tehsildar checked attendance registers of these offices. He instructed the Tehsil and sectoral officers to maintain punctuality and ensure effective delivery of services to the public. He also said that Tehsil administration is committed to ensure accountability of Govt functionaries at grass root level.Tehsildar requested the officers and staff to maintain work culture and punctuality and ensure prompt redressal of public grievances by adding that Tehsil administration is committed to ensure good governance and prompt service delivery to the general public of the Tehsil.He further said that Tehsil administration won’t tolerate irresponsible behavior of any employee towards their duties and if any complaint regarding the unauthorized absence of any employee is found, the same shall be dealt strictly.
Later on Tehsildar visited Warpora village of Tehsil Zachaldara in order to check ongoing Geo Tagging of state land and directed Patwaries to ensure completion of said task by or before 30/10/21 for on ward submission to higher ups.
Tehsildar was accompanied by Naib Tehsildar Zachaldara and other staff members.
