Boniyar, 23 Apr : On the directions of District Magistrate Baramulla Mr Bhopinder Kumar IAS a team of officials headed by Tehsildar Boniyar Mr Peer Zahid along with the Block Development council Chairman Boniyar Bilal Ashiq Mir and other revenue department officials conducted market checking at Boniyar Area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla District on Friday.

As per Greater Now Correspondent, The team comprising officials of revenue department and BDC Boniyar checked various establishments in the market.

The inspection team checked the quality, hygiene condition, expiry and rate lists etc of food items and other essential commodities including Vegetables, Bakery items and essential food items are mention.

During the market checking the vegetables/fruit shops were inspected and the rotten vegetables/fruits/expired items were destroyed on spot.

While talking to Greater Now Correspondent Tehsildar Boniyar said that ” we are planning to impose Odd even system within few days.I request people of Boniyar to please follow all COVID-19 SOPs, wear a face mask and main physical distancing.

“Meanwhile, Tehsil administration Boniyar has tightened its nose on COVID-19 SOP violators. In this regard many people who’ve seen violating SOPs have been fined” he added.

Furthermore Tehsildar Tangmarg told that General public can approach me directly for any complaint of over pricing and other violations.
