Doda:In order to strengthen police public relationship under Police Public Partnership Group (PCPG) and to discuss public issues, Senior Superintendent of Police Doda, Abdul Qayoom held a public interaction meet at Khellani area near Doda on Sunday.

Other police officers, civil society members, senior citizens and PRIs attended this meeting

People of the area warmly welcomed SSP Doda Abdul Qayoom who recently took over as SSP of district Doda.

Several issues of public importance were put forth by participants of the meeting who discussed these issues in threadbare manner and underlined need to resolve the same at the earliest.

While addressing, SSP Doda Abdul Qayoom said that civil society is backbone of an area and constructive relationship between police and public is prerequisite for peaceful atmosphere.

He assured all the participants that the issues concerning police will be resolved at the earliest and in best possible manner.

He further assured that issued related to civil administration will be taken up with concerned quarters at the earliest for necessary redressal.

SSP further reiterated the commitment of Jammu and Kashmir police for maintenance of law and order in society and assured that every possibile step will be taken to maintain the order.

Among other officers of police, DySP Headquarter Jaswant Singh, SHO Doda Arun Sharma, Police Post Incharge Khellani, Sugreev Kumar were present in this meeting.
