Sopore, April 27: Police Station Sopore received information regarding theft/stolen of a Matador at around 11:30 pm late night regarding the theft of a minibus which was parked outside the house of a Complainant in Neharpora Mohalla of main town Sopore.

In a statement issued to Greater Now News Police said that, Upon receiving this information case FIR No. 95/2021U/S 379 IPC stands registered in Police Station Sopore.

During the course of investigation CCTV footage was obtained from the various locations and special naka were established and finally after hectic efforts of Police Station Sopore arrested the two persons involved in the commission of offense namely:

1. Basit Altaf S/O Altaf Hussain Masoodi R/O Jalalabab A/P Warpora Sopore.

2. Amir Mushtaq Khan S/O Mushtaq Ahmad Khan R/O. New Colony Sopore and stolen minibus was recovered. It is pertinent to mention that the Sopore Police has worked out almost all the burglary cases within stipulated period of time.
