Sopore, Jan 20:Sopore Police have arrested and registered a case against SPO namely “Peer Khalid” 235/SPO for his ‘sarcastic’ post on social media platform about a particular community .

According to a statement issued to “Greater Now News” a written complaint was received by Police Station Dangiwacha from community members regarding ‘sarcastic’ post by said SPO and for taking legal action.

Accordingly a case FIR No. 12/2021 U/S 295 A/153 A IPC has been registered at Police Station Dangiwacha and further investigation set into motion.

It’s pertinent to mention here that the Sopore Police will never tolerate such kind of things to maintain communal harmony in the society.
