Uri, May 11 : A meeting was held under the Supervision of SDPO Uri Mr Junaid Wali with regard to the Eid-ul- fiter arrangements on Tuesday in north Kashmir’s Uri.
As per the directions issued it was decided that only 25 persons would be allowed to perform congregational prayers with all Standard operating procedures in place.
The meeting was attended by Block medical officer Uri, Station house officer Uri, Nodal officer covid -19 uri, Duty Magistrates ,Imams of different masjids , Masjid presidents & Beopar mandal president Uri.
Market presidents of sub- division Uri were also intimated to Cooperate with police and duty magistrates so that gatherings could be avoided keeping Eid-ul- fiter in view.
It was exhorted upon the market committee members and other representative to motivate people and to reduce unnecessary vehicular movement and gatherings at banks.
