Kishtwar 07 January: A Scorpio vehicle moved down two girls in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kishtwar district when the duo was on their way home after attending tuition classes.

According to officials, two girls—who were killed in an accident on Kishtwar-Chatroo road—were identified as Aina Banoo (10-years-old) and Nasreena Banoo (20-years-old). Both of the girls were residents of Mulchiter village in Kishtwār district.

However, the vehicle’s driver had lost control after skidding over the snow on the road and was later shifted for treatment to nearby Kishtwar’s hospital along with other injured persons, as per officials.
