Sarpanch Uses Fake Letter Head of BJP in Devsar
BJP president Kulgam demands and appealed DDC Kulgaam, SSP Kulgam for strict and lawful action against the Fraudulent
Kulgam 22 July:According to reports that the Sarpanch of Halqa Nowpora in Devsar Constituency namely Bilal Ahmed Bhat has used Fake BJP letter Head for corruption and other Personel benefits and helped illegally to his relatives ,Kiths and kins and misleaded the Panchs and other employees of Rural Dev Department .
Aabid Hussain Khan district president BJP kulgam in his statement told that few panchs, sarpanchs, use the letter pad of Panchayat with sign of lotus, without consent of District President and are doing anti Panchayat activities within the Block Development Council and is involved in many fraudulent activities.
Abid Hussain Khan told that there are dozens of serious complainants against Bilal Ahmed Bhat and the accused has used Fake letter Head of BJP and misleaded the Department and Panchs, Sarpanchs and other officials and demanded a strong action against the fraudulent Sarpanch at the earliest.
“BJP District President Kulgam told that our party is based on principles, aslo we can’t compromise that any one disgrace our party.”
BJP president Kulgam also appealed DDC Kulgaam,SSP Kulgam that lodge an FIR against Bilal Ahmed Bhat resident of Malipora,Sarpanch Halqa Nowpora
Mr Khan in his statement said that if any Panch Sarpanch found that he/she illegally use party sign Lotus or making Letter Head with Party sign without consent of President,he will be booked under law.
