On this day sisters tie Rakhis on wrist of their brothers and in return the brothers promise sisters to always protect them from any evil.

With same feelings in their heart, and to strengthen the love and bond with Indian Army soldiers more than 50 girls of Orphanage of Kupwara tied the Rakhis to soldiers.

Indian Army soldiers also promised to ensure well being of their Rakhi sisters in the same way as they stand to protect the country.

Whole country is celebrating Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav and this feeling of patriotism was visible among these girls when they sang patriotic songs and also expressed their gratitude to Indian Army to give them the opportunity to establish the bond of trust and affection.
