Ms P.D.Nitya-IPS assumes charge as Sr. Superintendent of Police Doda,Ab Qayoom JKPS given warm send off

Ms P.D.Nitya,IPS today assumed the charge as Sr. Superintendent of Police (SSP) District Doda.On arrival , the new incumbent was warmly welcomed by Senior Police officers at the District Police Headquarters, where a guard of honour was presented in her honor.
Upon assuming the charge, SSP Doda Ms P.D.Nitya,IPS held an introductory meeting with Police officers of the District besides interaction with staff of DPO Doda.SSP urged upon the officers and officials to work with dedication and enthusiasm to ensure that effective working system is place.
The new SSP stressed the need for teamwork and directed every officer to exhibit dedication and professionalism and ensure effective measures to enhance the safety and security of general public.
Meanwhile outgoing SSP Shri Abdul Qayoom-JKPS was given a warm send-off by Officers and Officials of District Police Doda after his relinquishing the charge of SSP Doda. A farewell function was organised in the honor of outgoing SSP at District Headquarters.
