Srinagar, Mar 04: Amid mourning and grief, hundreds of people reached the house of Abdul Rashid Bhat of Bhagat area in Srinagar whose son was allegedly killed in the Gurugram area of the National Capital Region.

Identified as Aqib Rashid, Sources told that Aqib was working in Gurugram and his dead body was found inside his room in the area. “He had been hanged to the fan after which he was brought back home,” they said.

Aqib as per his family was working in a Jio company in the Gurugram area and his death comes as a shocker to the family and the entire area.

People in the area have reached in great numbers to attend the funeral of the slain youth.

“Kashmiri youth are not safe anywhere, he has been murdered by goons out there for merely being a Kashmiri,” his father told the media. Though the Police have launched a probe into the incident.
