Shopian, Feb 18: A laborer from South Kashmir’s Shopian district slipped to death in Himachal Pradesh, official sources said.
The labourer identified as Gulzar Ahmed Khan, a resident of Shadab Karewa was doing labour in Himachal Pradesh for quite some time.
He slipped from the slope of a hillock while on the job. He suffered serious injuries and was declared dead by doctors on arrival in the Himachal hospital.
Police in this regard have registered a case and set an investigation into motion.
