New Delhi, Jan 14: The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) has rescheduled the National Immunisation Day or also known as Polio vaccination day to 31th January
New Delhi, Jan 14: The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) has rescheduled the National Immunisation Day or also known as Polio vaccination day to 31th January 2021 which was scheduled every year on January 17.
As per the Government communication “The Hon’ble President will launch the Polio National Immunisation Day on 30th January 2021 (Saturday) by administering polio drops to some children at the Rashtrapati Bhavan at 11:45 am.”
It further stated that the decision has been taken by keeping in view the stated policy of the Health Ministry to ensure that Covid management and services as well as the Non-Covid essential health services proceed without adversely impacting each other.
