On 2 Nov 2020 a Medical Camp under ‘Civic Action Programme’ has been organized at village Saka to provide the medical aid to the villagers by 87 BN BSF.

The medical camp was organized in association with team of Doctors from Govt Hospital Handwara consisting of Dr. Aijaz Ahmed Bhat, Dy Superintendent and 04 doctors including specialist of Orthopedic, Gynecologist, Dental Surgeon and one

Lady Mo. Besides a team of Doctors from AYUSH Kupwara consisting of Dr. Bashir & 02 Doctors .Sufficient Allopathic & Ayurvedic medicines have been arranged for distribution amongst villagers based on the prescription by concerned doctors he medical camp inaugurated by Sh. R Muthu Krishanan, DIG SHQ BSF Kupwara in the presence of Sh. Sanjay Sharma, Commandant of the Unit and available Officers of the Unit. Male 222 Approx

Female176 Approx, Children 75 Approx were examined in the medical camp & treated by the Doctors and distributed the free medicines. Regarding the medical camp villagers have given their feedback i.e. such good camp organized first time in the village by any Force.
