Baramulla, Nov 30: The District Development Council Chairperson Baramulla, Safeena Beigh visited several areas of Baramulla district in order to take stock of various issues and problems being faced by the people.

During her visit to various areas including Wulraman, Pachahar, Masjidangan and other adjoining areas, the people raised an issue of drinking water pipeline catering the whole area damaged due to upgradation of roads in the area, and people of the area were facing lots of inconvenience due to shortage of drinking water.

On the prompt intervention of DDC Chairperson, the damaged pipelines were restored thereby providing water supply to the whole area.

The people of the said area showed a sign of relief.

On the occasion, the DDC Chairperson stressed upon the concened officers to redress the issues and problems of the people in a time bound manner.
