Baramulla, November 04: Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, Bhupinder Kumar has extended his heartiest greetings to the people on the auspicious occasion of Deepawali.

In his message, DC said that Deepawali, the festival of lights is a harbinger of joy, happiness and prosperity. He added that it is a celebration of the triumph of light over darkness and of hope over despair having implicit message of the victory of good over evil.

Bhupinder Kumar also prayed that the occasion strengthen our faith in the goodness of mankind, inspire us to lead a virtuous life and usher in happiness, prosperity and well-being of all.
