Kupwara:As part of Youth Engagement Programme, Visit to JAKLI Centre was organized for the Students of Kigam/Kupwara by Chak-Kigam camp under the aegis of Charkut Garrision on 02 Mar 2021.

The visit gave an unique opportunity to the students where they visited the JAKLI Center and understood the nuances of a soldier’s life.

During the visit, the school children witnessed the rigorous training that every Army man undergoes and the latest training facilities available in the training establishment.

The students were also shown a movie showcasing the rich historical traditions of JAKLI that epitomizes Valour and Nationalism.

At the culmination of visit Army Officers interacted with the school children and emphasized on the importance of the role of education in upliftment of children and various avenues available for them to join the Army.

The motivational tour which was an outcome of the overwhelming requests of locals was very well appreciated by locals and village elders.
