Baramulla, Aug 26: A Carpenter of Sheeri electrocuted and injured while he was working on the roof top of a newely constructed house in Sheeri area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Tuesday.

An official told that the carpanter identified as Bashir Ahmad najar son of Abdul Khaliq Najar residents of Mirher area in Sheeri was working on a rooftop of house when he came in contact with a live wire leaving him in unconscious state.

Soon after the incident as per official he was immediately referred to Government Medical College Baramulla in a critical condition where the injured is being treated.
