Srinagar, Dec 25: Inspector General of Police Vijay Kumar refuted news about any surrender of militant in ongoing encounter at Khush Roi Kalan area of Bijbehara in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
Talking to News agency, the IGP Kashmir said that trapped militant was given ample of time to surrender, however he refused the offer.
The exchange of firing is going at encounter site, IGP added.
