Baramulla, 17 Apr : While tightening noose on drug peddlers,Baramulla police on Saturday arrested two notorious drug peddlers with 112 grams of charas like substance in Kreeri area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

In an official statement issued to “Greater Now News” police spokesman said “Today on 17/04/2021, Baramulla Police arrested two more persons involved in drug peddling and they have been identified as: 1.Irfan Rasool Bhat S/O Gh Rasool Bhat R/O Wathora Budgam 2. Junaid Ahmad Zargar S/O Manzoor Ahmad Zargar R/O Kreeri along with 112 grams of charas like substance during naka checking at Kreeri Gauge by Police Station Kreeri”.

It is Pertinent to mention here that, Baramulla police while tightening noose on drug peddlers has arrested 19 drug peddlers in the month of April.

Police spokesperson further said that, “In this regard case has been registered in PS Kreeri and further investigation taken up”.
