Baramulla 27 Jan :A Driver has been arrested within hours after Police has register an FIR against him for missappropriation of Blood Samples of Patient’s in Pattan town of Baramulla District.
Sources told Current News Service ,CNS that a driver Namely Sajad Ahmad Sheikh Resident of Nihama Pampore has been arrested within hours and the Vehicle No JK01N 6658 has been also Seized by Pattan Police after received a Complaint from GK Private Laboratory that during Transportation of Blood Samples from Pattan to Srinagar the accused driver has run away along with 30 Blood Samples and Cash of Rs 5050 which he was supposed to transport from Pattan to Srinagar for test purpose.
Accordingly FIR No 10/2021 U/s 407 IPC has been registered in Police Station Pattan and during Speedy investigation Blood Samples were also recovered from Srinagar which were misappropriated by the accused driver to grab the Money.
Meanwhile the Court has Sent accused to Police Remand till 30 Jan 2021 for further investigation.(CNS)
