Kupwara:Army once again proved that they are a true friend of people in Kashmir by immediately responding to a SOS call regarding a vehicle which had got toppled after skidding off the road near Hayan B in Trehgam area of Kupwara District.

The incident took place at around 4PM today on when an Tractor lost control & skidded off the road and toppled.

In the incident the driver of the tractor got seriously injured and later he succumbed to his injuries.

Trehgam Company was called by villagers for recovering the tractor. An immediate reaction team reached the spot with recovery vehicle. The vehicle was recovered and put on road.

Humdard-E-Kupwara Battalion was thanked by the villagers for their humane approach and prompt response and for reacting to all distress calls any time of the day.
