ARMY HOLDS MEDICAL CAMP IN KIGAM, KUPWARA

Kupwara 29 July:Chak-Kigan camp under Charkut garrison conducted a medical camp at Kigam in frontier district of Kupwara on 29 Jul 2020.
The aim of the medical camp was to reach out to people in remote areas and educate & assist them to fight Coronavirus.
During the event other than the detail guidelines and demonstration on prevention against COVID-19, immunity boosting medicines, masks, sanitizers along with number of items related to health & hygiene were also distributed.
Ensuring the continuation of education during lockdown and to encourage children, study material were distributed amongst them.
The presence of locals during Medical camp proved their faith in the Army who expressed their gratitude and commended the Army for always helping them. Approx five hundred villagers including male, female & children turned up for the event.
