Sopore,August 08: Awami Darbar was held by the Advisor to the Hon’ble Lt. Governor J&K today at Dak Bungalow Sopore. the district administration officers of all the departments were attended the darbaar. The programme was scheduled to interact with the delegations of various civil organizations of different Tehsils of sub-division Sopore to see and make the redressal of public demands on ground level. The worthy advisor to the Lt. Governor listed all the grievances with consideration and sympathy and assured to make redressal of the genuine demands of the public.
The delegation of tehsil co-ordination committee lower zaingeer belt made representation before the worthy Advisor and high lighted the following public demands:-
1. Macademisation of Hardushiva sopore road and watlab chetkak road.
2. Completion of NTPHC Botingoo to make hospital functional for the public.
3. Degree college establishment for lower brlt Zaingir.
4. Additional accommodation and infrastructure for H.S.S Botingoo.
5. Power receiving station at warpora.
6. Water supply at warpora.
7. Macademisation of pending inner links under languishing programme.
8. Pesting of Zaingir Canal.
9. Utilization of springs of Zaingir for water supply purposes.
10. Establishment of fire and emergency station at Botingoo Zaingir.
