Baramulla:Assistant Commissioner Revenue Baramulla Mr Peer Mumtaz inaugurated IQBAL RESORTS restro &Cafe, a multi cuisine restaurant here at Gantamulla near fire watch tower.
The occasion was graced with the presence of police officials,officials from administration, businessman, traders and prominent people of the society.
Speaking on the occasion, ACR Baramulla Peer Mumtaz complemented Gowhar Iqbal Mir, Proprietor and owner Iqbal Resorts Gantamulla, for providing an opportunity to the people of North Kashmir for enjoying the ethnic taste of Kashmir Valley.
Specialities at the restaurant include French fries, Fried chicken, Chilli Chicken, Afghani Murgh Tikka, Chicken Changezi, Shahi Mutton Korma, Chicken Malai Tikka, Special Mutton Seekh Kabab. Besides a wide range of desserts, ice teas, and coffee is available at the restaurant.
Gowhar Iqbal Mir, in his address to the gathering, said that the Iqbal Resorts restro & cafe is a multi-cuisine restaurant serving the menu full of delicacies with Indian and Chinese courses besides special emphasise laid on Kashmiri Wazwan.
“Basically the concept behind starting the restaurant is to provide quality food amid a serene ambience. I have made special arrangements for functions including ring ceremonies and birthday parties with ample parking space and we prepare delicacies using traditional spices. We don’t use preservatives and food colour. The health of my valued customers is my utmost priority,” said Gowhar Iqbal Mir owner of the restaurant.
Mir also asserted that the restaurant has been opened with a view to provide fine dining place to the people as well the tourist coming from other states. He mentioned that the restaurant is serving both vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian cuisines.
Meanwhile the restaurant is designed in such a way that it can be used for meetings and conferences.Entrepreneurs can organise meetings at the restaurant while relishing quality food.
