Baramulla 10 June 2021: Army today carried vaccination drive for Ex- servicemen and locals of Barammula in north kashmir.

A total of 17 Ex-servicemen, dependent and 54 civilians were vaccinated till noon and their registration on the COWIN app was also done.

Living up to the motto and traditions of the Indian Army ” Seva Paramo Dharma ” the Uplona Army Camp of the Indian Army carried out a vaccination drive for Ex-Servicemen (ESM).

Indian Army is committed to the well being of its Ex-Servicemen Continuing with the same efforts, a mass COVID VACCINATION DRIVE was organised for the Ex-Servicemen and their family members at the Uplona Army camp under the aegis of the Hyderbeigh Sector.

They were also educated regarding the importance of vaccination and its benefits in the fight against the ongoing pandemic.

The event proved to be a good platform for exchanging their experience,  addressing their problems along with fighting the spread of COVID-19 and reassuring the Ex-Servicemen of the Indian  Army’s continued support in every sphere of their lives.
