Kupwara:Ensuring connect with locals and showing deep concern arised due to Heavy snowfall, Chak-Kigam Camp under Charkut Garrison organised a Khariyat patrol where people were distributed with necessary item and were assured of all the help. 

Also situation after Heavy snowfall and damage assessment in the area were taken with the help of locals. 

Necessary help in terms of approaching civil organization for clearance of snow was made. Also based on requirement needy and children were provided assistance in terms of medicine and daily used items.

The humane gesture was well-received by locals who lauded the brave men who put their lives at risk to bring relief to the citizens and thanked Army for the noble cause.
