Baramulla:In continuation to distribution of Covid Kit under Civic Action Programme, today on 26.11.2020,Baramulla Police distributed COVID-19 kits comprising of Face shield, N-95 Masks, Triple layer Masks, Oximeter, Digital Thermometer, Sanitizer bottles, Hand Gloves and Dettol Soap, among the 100 BPL families falling under the jurisdiction of Sub-Division Uri of District Baramulla.

The function was held at Chandanwari, where proper seating arrangements were made. A large number of BPL families participated the said function.

SSP Baramulla made the people aware of the Covid-19 Pandemic and requirement and utility of these items. They were properly briefed regarding use of the items in the kit. Earlier such kits were distributed among the BPL families of Sub-Division Baramulla. This process will continue in other sub-Divisions of District Baramulla also.

Besides SSP Baramulla, SDPO Uri Sh. Junaid Wali and all SHOs of Sub-Division Uri and people from different walks of life were present. The people in general have appreciated the role of police in this district.
