Sopore, Nov 25: In pursuance of Indian Army’s resolve to strike a cord with local population, Indian Army is conducting written exam preparation for NDA, Sainik School and RIMC desiring students.  This noble initiative has been undertaken by Uplona Rashtriya Rifles Battalion under the aegis of Haiderbeg Sector Headquarters.  Brig Alok Dash, Sena Medal, Commander 10 Sector Rashtriya Rifles as a chief guest briefed the students about the importance of hard work and dedication to achieve desire results in competitive exam.

The classes are being conducted for the students of Vth and XIth standards so as to bridge any capability gap in the academic learning due to the past COVID-19 lockdown period and prepare them for competitive exams.  A total of 50 students including 16 girls will be attending four weeks coaching capsule at Santorum Public School, Sopore.

During the said classes, students shall be provided with latest study material, practice tests as per syllabus and mock tests.  The preparation will give wide exposure of the competitive exams to students. The locals appreciated the efforts of Indian Army and requested to organise similar capsule courses in future for positive engagement of youth.
